The new perspectives of soy ink
In the late 1970s, the Newspaper Association of America was looking for different ways to make ink, rather than by using the standard petroleum-based ink. Rising prices for petroleum and quarrels with OPEC countries were reasons they wanted to find a more reliable and cost efficient method of printing.
Respecting the workforce
There is plenty of suppliers in China. Sourcing quality product which are made with respect for working people while keeping the cost low for end-customers is a hard work.
Yet, at the Packtory, we believe marketing shouldn’t pass before human; that is why we only work with suppliers that comply with our labor policy. Printing factories are carefully picked after a visit to their offices and production lines.
