Can I get a sample branding set?
Yes, If you would like to feel the materials, we will send you a pre-printed sample box for you to admire, use as cookie box or hang on your wall. This applies for standard sizes items, such as the mailer box or the poly bags. All you pay is shipping – the samples set are free.
If you require specific dimensions, we won’t be able to provide a custom made sample as of now. However, we will produce a sample once order is confirmed in order to make sure of the size if you require custom made dimensions.
What is the minimum size of an order?
The minimum size of an order is 500 pc per branding set. We can’t produce smaller quantity, however we can coordinate with your supplier so he stores the brandings sets correctly for you.
How long does it take to complete an order?
In short:
- Around 25-30 Days with Standard Production Option.
- Around 15 Days with Express Production Option.
Completing an order follows a design and production timeline:
- After you paid for your order, you will receive a design form to fill up. After you submit the design form, allow 2 business days for the design proposal to be ready on our side.
- After you receive first design proposal, feel free to come back to us with comments on improvement, we will make the changes in 2 business days. 2 Reviews allowed.
- Once the design proposal is approved, count 20 days for our printing factory to make your branding kit. You have an express option which can make it happen in 10 days (Extra cost applies).
- For orders send within China, consider 3-5 Days for inland delivery. .
How can i choose the best size for my packaging?
The best sizes of a box depend on the real dimensions of the object to be contained in it. If you want to be sure to have perfect packaging sizes you can just measure the product you need to fill in. Take note of its three dimensions (L,P,H) and add 1 or 2 mm for each side to obtain a comfortable package.
For example: if you have an object that measures 100 x 100 x 100 mm you should order a packaging of 102 x 102 x 102 mm.

Our printing workshops are all based in China – Close to your manufacturers. Our vetted network of printing workshops allow us to streamline the best qualities and quality and an ease of communication with your products suppliers.
Do you use sustainable, recycled materials?
Bet we do! We care passionately about sustainable materials and eco friendly options on our material sourcing. The majority of our cardboard is recycled, to the highest degree allowed by the paperboard industry’s standards. Mailer Boxes, contain a majority of recycled material, while others – such as folding products boxes constructed from SBS paperboard – contain less due to their manufacturing.
All of our products are recyclable.

Can I order a box type other than mailers and folding cartons?
Yes! We are open to suggestions if your order reaches 1000 units. If you have a different box style or specific ideas, we are always happy to take a look and let you know if we can help.

Can i do specific finish requests or material requests?
Yes, all requests are welcome! We will consider them with our printing workshops and discuss with your possibility on making gorgeous branding sets to be remembered.
Can I ship a mailer box without using any other external packaging?
This is the all point of it! Once formed, the box is very sturdy and absolutely safe to ship without any additional protection.
In fact, several customers use mailer boxes for their ‘subscription boxes’. These custom looking boxes help our customer’s customers get excited about the inside of the box just by the awesome looking outside of the box. The mailers are often used to have a custom looking box filled with lots of different sized items, that when opened, display very beautifully.
Can I ship a folding product box without using any other external packaging?
Nope, the paperboard is too thin to withstand shipping alone.
While they are excellent choices for display and internal packaging of smaller items, they do not have the rigidity that is necessary to protect your items during shipping. We recommend placing them into a sturdy corrugated external box to protect your valuable contents during shipping.
Keep in mind, if you are an Amazon FBA customer, Amazon will pack for you into a mailer box – so no worries about shipping.
Are the dimensions i pick precisely what i will receive?
We use digital printing with both digital and mechanical cutting and production techniques. While we make every effort to ensure that your dimensions and printing line up precisely as you see them in proofing, there can be up to 0.125″ – 0.32cm (plus or minus) variance during manufacturing of any corrugated product. We recommend that you allow for this possibility in both sizing choices and in laying out your artwork.
For ease of packing and unpacking the contents of your boxes, we also recommend that you allow for about 0.25″- 0.60cm on each dimension.

If you are a rockstar designer and you want to design yourself, we will send you the die cut after selecting the branding you need.
If you would like us to take care of it, it is already part of your pricing! Our awesome design brief allows to understand your business needs and offers printing possibilities tailored to your needs. We will gather the necessary information from your side and pass it over to our designer – who knows the ins and out and how to make your customers say “Wow, that i call awesome branding.”
Are the dimensions listed on the website outside or inside dimensions? The dimensions i pick, would it be exactly what i receive?
All of our dimensions are inside dimensions, this makes it easier to know if your products will fit inside your box.

We sure do! For mailer boxes only – we can’t print inside folding product boxes as of now.
A customer does not expect the unexpected – Printing inside a mailer box is the last step on giving your brand a memorable unboxing experience.

How should i set up barcodes/UPC EAN for print?
If you let us take care of the design – Just send us your barcodes and we will make sure it follows the right standards.
If you decide to design yourself, here are the industry standards to respect:
-UPC-A type barcodes need to be at least 150% size (approx 2.2”- 5.6cm wide) in order to scan properly.
-We recommend the height to be at least 0.5”-1.3cm tall.
-Barcodes should be built as 100% Black only, in order to provide the best scannability.
-Building the file with a CMYK build or a screen of black can result in a barcode that will not scan.
-Barcodes should be provided as vector files, or high resolution (300ppi at the intended print size) raster files in order to provide the best possible print quality.
Barcodes are not recommended for digital printing on corrugated materials. We strongly recommend sourcing printed barcode stickers to go with our boxes for this purpose.
It is good to print on folding carton boxes.
Can you design my artwork for me?
Hell yeah. It is part of your pricing, so would be a pity to not used our talented designers. However, you are limited in creativity as we tailor make standards for your industry needs. So based on what business you are in, you will be offered templates to choose from – We will change those templates based on the information you provide us during the design brief.
I am a rockstar designer, can i send you an artwork with die-line?
Sure can! We will send you the die cut of the branding set selected so you can impose your artwork on it using your favorite vector graphic design software.
Please note that we do not take responsibility on your designs.
What is the recommended Trim?
If you’re designing the artwork yourself using a vector graphic software please put a 1/4”-0.63cm bleed around your artwork. If you’re not sure what bleed and trim is, we recommend to let us do the work 🙂
- Will i receive the design files created by the packtory?
Nope, Our design templates are ours – we will send the original files to our printing partners and you will receive the finish goods. You will be able to see a flat pdf version of it.
Order & pricing
What is the minimum size of an order?
The minimum size of an order is 500 pc per branding set. We can’t produce smaller quantity, however we can coordinate with your supplier so he stores the branding sets correctly for you.
What does your price includes?
Our prices per unit include the following:
- Awesome standardized designs of your branding sets.
- Printing of the Branding set of your choice including all different elements.
- Delivery to you product supplier based in China.
- Coordination with your supplier to educate him on how to fold and assemble correctly a branding set.
Is the price affected by the number of colours used in the design?
Depending on what type of packaging you choose, you will be able to go for the full color option. In that case the price is not affected, we can create colorful masterpieces which will stand out on your listings and your customers hands.
As a digital CMYK printer, a portion of our pricing is based on the total amount of ink coverage on the box, rather than the number of colors you use in your design.
What choices affect my pricing?
Pricing is generally a factor of five things:
- Dimensions: depth is the most influential measurement for cost
- Box style: mailer, product folding box or poly bag.
- Percentage of ink coverage: total ink used
- Material used – Standard options are applied.
- Quantity: higher quantities = significant unit cost savings
When am i supposed to pay?
Please pay when you place an order with us – We will start production once we receive your payment.
Which type of payments do you accept?
We offer payment by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. In the case of a bank transfer, the completion time of the order may be extended by a few days. Please note that all the costs related with an international bank transfer, including the costs charged on the recipient, should be covered by the Buyer. Otherwise the order will not be deemed as fully paid, which may result in the production being delayed.
Will i receive a proof before my box goes to production?
You’ll receive a digital proof of your box before we go to production. You’ll receive it by e-mail shortly after placing your order – Please confirm it back to us in due time to not delay the production.
Can i repeat an order?
Sure thing! Just let us know, we keep all designs files for you.
Do you give bulk discounts if i purchase multiple box styles?
We do not. All design are taken as one and we strive to secure the best prices for you.
Can you produce more than 2000 units?
Absolutely! The more you order, the cheaper it gets. We will sort out all your needs 😉 Juste ask for a quote.
Shipping
How will my branding sets be shipped?
We ship all brandings sets flat (unassembled) to your suppliers or to yourself.
In China, your boxes will send using local courier for a fast delivery.
You’ll receive an email with all the tracking information as soon as your order is on its merry way.
Can you split orders?
Yes, however since the shipping fee is part of your order pricing – it will induce an extra cost. Please contact us before placing an order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! However it will induce an extra cost as it is not part of our current pricing. Please contact us before placing an order.
We encourage you to check with your country’s customs office if there will be any additional customs charges on your order. Please note that we are not responsible for additional charges imposed by your government.
I can’t find the shipping price anywhere on the website, why so?
Because we make it simple! Price of delivery in China is part of the prices you re quoted per unit. No extra costs to get it delivered to your Chinese supplier.
Please contact us if you need international shipment option.
Will i receive a confirmation that my boxes have been sent?
Yes! After placing an order with us, you will receive three e-mails, namely order confirmation, confirmation of design and confirmation that your boxes have been produced. The last e-mail will contain information about the shipment.
Changes and cancellation
Can i return the boxes ordered?
Under our 100% paid back warranty, you can get a refund while you haven’t accepted a design to go into production.
We produce your boxes from scratch. For this reason, once you accept a design, we do not accept returns of the orders delivered. If you are unsatisfied with what you got, please fill a complaint and we will get back to you.
Can i change the quantity of the order?
If the order has not been paid – Yes you can.
If your order has been paid for, you can order additional boxes using the same design. You can simply repeat your order or contact us to order more boxes.
Can i change the design once the order has been placed?
If the order has not been paid – yes, you can.
If your order has been paid for and you wish to modify the design, please contact us as soon as possible.
Can i cancel my order?
If the order has not been paid – yes, you can.
If your order has been paid for (by a traditional transfer or prompt payment), please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been put into production, you will not be able to cancel it.
